São Paulo Cigarettes (Personal Project)

In 2024, an article released by IQAir designated São Paulo as the city with the worst air conditions in the whole world. A day breathing was just the same as smoking four cigarettes. As residents of the city and citizens concerned about the direction of the 2024 mayoral election, we decided to take action. We created a fictional campaign that sent a cigarette pack, made entirely from São Paulo’s own air pollutants, to all 10 candidates as a way of raising awareness and urging them to propose real solutions to this issue. The project was conceived as a speculative collaboration with Design Ativista. As the 3D designer, I developed visual scenes and animated the packaging to bring the concept to life.
